R&Z is run by two friends who share a passion for BBQ, smoking meats, and developing new and innovative recipes. We started with only a few vertical smokers and basic BBQ grills.

We have competed in several BBQ competitions and spent many hours of delicious research into every one of the recipes R&Z makes. 

We continually work on perfecting our rubs and sauces to ensure they do not overpower the food but complement it. Our mission is to provide reasonably priced, slow-cooked, authentic kosher BBQ food.

Our product is available to both caterers and the general public. A regular consumer can order our product via our website. We also work closely with many of the significant caterers around the tri-state area to provide unique foods for them to use at their events. We offer outstanding catering prices, and we can cook and supply large volumes of smoked products, from briskets to mini eggrolls, whole turkeys to whole chickens, and everything in between.
